What is Ehsaas Tahafuz Program?
Ehsaas Tahafuz Program is a sehat sahulat social program that provides medical assistance and a one-time cash grant to the poor people of Pakistan. It is part of the Ehsaas Program social safety nets. Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi saw the commencement of the program under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
This initiative provides financial and medical assistance to the people affected by COVID-19 and other diseases. Ehsaas Tahafuz scheme is currently operative in 14 tertiary care teaching hospitals. It is expanded to all four provinces as well as Islamabad and Jammu & Kashmir.
Ehsaas Tahafuz Program Online Registration:
Ehsaas Care plan has started registration for the Tahafuz program. Each hospital under the program has a reception desk for Ehsaas Tahafuz. You can register yourself through that desk. You can get all the information regarding the program from the receptionist. For registration, you must have your ID card.

Ehsas Tahafuz Program Eligibility:
You can check your eligibility for the program by sending your identity card number to ehsaas Tahafuz program code, which is 8500. The program mainly targets individuals or families affected by pandemic and other diseases. The cash grant also depends on the size of the family. The higher the size of the family, the larger the cash grant for the eligible family.
How to apply for an Ehsaas Tahafuz Program Card?
Even if you don’t have a sehat sahulat card, you can apply for an ehsaas tahafuz card. Follow these instructions to apply for a Tahafuz card.
Confirming Eligibility: You must be eligible for the program. Corona pandemic victims, widows, orphans, disabled people, and people with other specific diseases are eligible for this scheme.
Required Documents: Provide all documents necessary for the program. You may need the following documents.
Submitting Application: Please ask for the application form at the reception desk in the certain hospital. Double-check that the form contains the accurate information. Please be careful in filling in your information since it could impact your application.
Evaluation: After you submit your application, government officials will review your application. Upon successful verification, you will receive an Ehsaas Tahafuz card and a cash grant.
